being spent. This is why we provide you with a clear and easy
to read advertising budget. This budget is divided into fixed,
print, broadcast and direct mail sections. You will have it
on your desk before any month starts.
Auditing...
In
an effort to make sure you're getting what you paid for. We
have all invoices sent in your name directly to the agency
for auditing. After a thorough review of each, we forward
them to you for direct payment to the vendor. You will receive
an audit sheet showing invoice numbers; amount budgeted for,
the amount of the invoice, and the difference if any. You
also receive tear sheets and notarized invoices to recover
any manufacturers co-op dollars available.
Print
Buying & Production...
As
a past automotive dealer, Jeff Roberts understands the importance
of reaching the consumer looking today. Whereas print has
lost some of its credibility and penetration with the markets;
it still remains the best way to get immediate results. That's
why we provide our clients a way to advertise in several papers
without having to deal with several reps. You simply go to
our web site, click (Client Login), choose your folder, and
proof your ad. After any changes needed, we then electronically
transfer the ad to the paper or papers.
If
requested, we will construct a print plan that makes sense
for you and your location. Then go to work negotiating a print
contract that in most cases will save you money from what
you're currently spending.
Broadcast...
This is by far the best way for your company to prospect the
consumer that is not in the market today. In other words,
prospect the future buyer. If you're not using broadcast,
you're not prospecting as a store. How would you feel if your
best sales people quit prospecting? I'm sure you remember
the old adage "he who talks to the most people wins."
